hi guys i was recently playing pokemon and if ya played it before ya know about shiny pokemon a pokemon with a abnormal coloring
well what if rarely a spell can go shiny and when it does the following acors
1. it gets its based damage muliplied 4x before critical acors 2. it gives a faint bell like noise and some sparkles pop off the symbol when ya do the symbol for the school of magic the spell is
