Shadow and normal pip combo spells

I think it would be very cool, if for an upcoming world, KI released spells that would cost a combination of a shadow pip and normal pips. I really don't have any good ideas at the moment of what they would do, so any posts with ideas would be great.

I've thought about that and I kinda like the idea. I think what you're saying is possible. Shadow Magic has corrupted the Solar Arch, which is a place of Sun magic in Khrysalis. Sun magic involves Enchantments. If Shadow Magic corrupts Sun Magic, then Sun enchants will become Shadow enchants. Shadow spells can only be casted with Shadow pips. So if a Shadow enchantment spell enchanted a regular spell, it's likely that you would need both a Shadow Pip and a regular pip to cast that Shadow enchanted spell. The only complication, I see, is that Shadow Pips come randomly and can dely a strategy to use a Shadow enchanted spell. But who knows?
