I think that every year, their should be a bundle inside the game that takes the form of ghost, wearing the uniform, holding the wand, and riding the mount you'll be given. It appears in Wizard City only. Nobody knows except for the Wiz101 Crew, when or where it will appear. It might appear in Firecat Alley, it might appear in Olde Town even, maybe even in the Myth Tower! When it appears, you have to see the small screen below your character that says 'Click X or Mouse To Interact.' You have to click it very fast because the Rare Ghost only stays in one place for no more then two seconds. Getting it, a present will pop up on your screen, music will blare, fireworks go off and in giant letters, the words CONGRATULATIONS appears on your screen. Everyone else will know because the word CONGRATULATIONS will appear above your head too. The gear matches specifically to your school and level.
i like this idea, although it should stay until one person gets it, or 20 seconds whichever comes first. because imagine you see it and go running over only to find it gone because it was out of reach. people would be davastated.
