Just a thought that came to mind for those who literally do every single quest in the game...
A badge that says "Quest Master" (Or something similar) and is earned if an individual does every single quest. All side quests, school quests, etc. And when more quests are added, the badge is taken away and given back once all quests are completed again. Kind of like a come and go badge that you continually have to keep earning to keep.
Even more cool, if there were a symbol to go with it. Example, PvP Warlord badge has a symbol. So would be cool if this badge had a symbol, like a quill (seeing as that is what is used as the icon in the spell book for quests).

I also will add that quests for crafting would also have to be completed. Any quest that existed ever. (I am proud to say that I am at that point, aside from finishing up Khrysalis).
While I like this idea, there needs to be an exception. Event quests should not be required as they are limited time only and those who missed out on them will not be able to get the badge. Otherwise good idea.

Good point. Maybe have two badges... "Quest Master" and "Extreme Quest Master".
