Pip logic change

This is probably working as intended but it's been bothering me because it doesn't seem like the way it should work.

If you've got more than one single pip and one or more power pips then casting spells consumes your power pips first then checks for any single pips.

It seems like it would be better to try to condense your pips down by using the single pips first since you have an upper bound on total pip count.

Ex: You have 3 single pips and 1 power pip and you're casting a 2 pip spell.

You should end with 1 single pip and 1 power pip instead of 3 single pips.

The same type thing should apply to times where you have more pips -

Ex: You have 3 single pips and 2 power pips and you're casting a 5 pip spell.

You should end with 1 power pip instead of 2 regular pips.

Power pips only work for your school If you use one from another school, it doesn't work. In the second example, the process you explained is just plain messed up. You end with the pips you suggested. I think what you are saying is:

Example:

Three power pips, three pip spell from your school: You end with one power pip. It consumed both of them. You should just condense it down to a pip and a power pip.
