Name: Old Man Winter Pip Amount: 10 Damage: 1150 over 4 rounds ( 250, 300, 300, 300 ). Description: ( Attack Form One ) A winter ice storm appears. Soon the clouds begin forming into the shape an old, powerful man. He then blows icy, cold, snow wind from his mouth at the target. ( Attack Form Two ) Old Man Winter of the clouds forms, and wills his blizzard to create giant icicles. Then he pulls two of the largest shards into his hands, and throws it at the target.
This is my idea. Please comment and give constructive criticism. I tried posting this before, and waited over 30 hours for my message to appear, but it did not. So I just posted it again here. Is there any reason that that happened?
