Ok, here's what I got:
Moon's sapphire blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives (2) Iceblade +45%, +5% ice dmg, (3) 120 ice wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's ruby blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives (2) Fireblade +40% +5 fire dmg, (3) 120 fire wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's amethyst blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives 2 Stormblade +35%, +5% storm dmg, (3) 120 storm wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's jade blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block gives (2) Lifeblade +45% +5% life dmg (3) 120 life wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's peridot blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives (2) Mythblade +40% +5% myth dmg (3) 120 myth wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's onyx blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives (2) Deathblade +45%,+5% death dmg, (3) death wand, (3) moon beam.

Moon's citrine blade, +1 power pip, 50 crit, 50 block, gives (2) Balenceblade +30%,+5% balance dmg, (3) balance wand, (3) moon beam.

So what do you think? Each blade is 70+ and is a school-only blade. I'm sure you can guess which one goes with each school.

There's no 45% in fire, but I think you meant dmg, I abbreviated damage.
Also, hardly overpowered if everyone gets one for their school!
