instead of single house or hut for the Zafaria housing ... why not open land like a savanna that leads to a small jungle clearing and have two or three types of huts from that world to be chosen to place in the lot and have a limits of may be half a dozen huts to be place around the main common house/hut in the lot. a very unique house proposition to offer.
