How bout there is new housing thing. There is a teloporter in your land and when you go there, there is a dueling area and also an area to keep pets that are not with you.
I have more ideas though How do you like this. We have a place where you can trade items with friends. it could be called the trade station where when you go in your teloporter you can go to a machine that takes you to a screen with items and stuff and wait for people to join. It will be like trading cards only with items.
