So I've noticed that Kingsisle seems to be a huge fan of Doctor Who so I have a suggestion for a new Halloween character. So those scarecrows are all named Jack. How about a Jack Darkness? As in Jack Harkness You could put him on Colossus Boulevard, I don't think there's one there yet.

Yeah..... they haven't gotten all of Wizard City just yet. But maybe because a lot of people can't get to Colossus Boulevard, or just don't want to go in there(because it's an "optional" place in Wizard City).
You could put him on Colossus Boulevard, I don't think there's one there yet.
