New DoT Spells

So, it has come to my attention that with the next world Storm might be without a good DoT. As will Life and Balance.

So, I propose that we give these three schools each a DoT spell with no extra effects, but with higher damage.

The spells are as follows:

Life: Elven Warrior
An elf will appear in a glade and he will raise his head. He then stands up and shoots three arrows at the target, each one doing damage to amount to the damage you get on a first strike in a DoT. (So, say if it was 99, then 60 per next three rounds it would be first arrow: 33 damage, second arrow 33 damage and last arrow 33 damage. Then the DoT part comes into play.) Then he disappears and the DoT remains for three rounds. In these three rounds the target is showered in light.
Damage: 300 initially, then 420 over the next three rounds.
Pips: 10

Storm: Monsoon
An island will appear, battered by water. Then out of the storm clouds a lightning bolt will strike the target, doing 400 damage initially. Then each round the target will take 200 damage and will be struck by lightning. (Because lightning can strike the same place twice. )
Damage: (Already stated, just clarifying.) 400, then 600 over three rounds.
Pips: 10

Balance: Mander Strike
A miniature Krokoshpinx will rise out of a ground with a mander in front. The mander rises up into the air with glowing eyes and shoots a burst of magic at the opponent, dealing 300 damage. Then over three rounds the target will get hit by 170 damage. In these three rounds magic will appear around them.
Damage: 300 initially, then 510 damage over three rounds.
Pips: 10

that is a great idea but pip cost, it could be a bit lower :-)

We already have 7 eight and nine pip spells, so ten pips is quite reasonable.
