New Diego Spells

Alright, so everybody knows PvP is unbalanced right now (A lot better than when khrysalis part one was out), so I came up with new Diego spells that are PvP only:
Level 90+

Desperation - This spell gives +150 block rating but -75 critical rating to the caster for 4 turns. (Star spell)
Aggression - +40% damage, +40% incoming damage for 4 turns. (Star spell)
Exhaust - -15% damage to all (A Balance global spell for one pip)
Shut Down - Stops may casts from pets and wands (Sun global spell for 2 pips)
Level 100+
Summon Diego (5 pips)
Life: 1200 health, 50% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 25% outgoing heal boost, 25% damage. Spells: Luminous Weaver, Unicorn, Rebirth, Fortify, Weakness, Infection, Lifeblade, Spirit Blade, Satyr, Goat Monk, Forest Lord.
Death: 1100 health, 50% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 50% damage. Spells: Poison, Vampire, Deathblade, Feint, Curse, Plague, Virulent Plague, Deer Knight, Scarecrow, Tower Shield, Weakness, Infection, Mass Infection, Fortify
Myth: 1500 health, 50% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 50% damage. Spells: Shatter, Mythblade, Time of Legend, Minotaur, Humongofrog, Weakness, Earthquake, Ninja Pigs, Keeper of the Flame, Fortify, Infection, Tower Shield
Storm: 800 health, 30% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 70% damage. Spells: Healing Current, Kraken, Storm Shark, Lightning Bats, Tower Shield, Weakness, Infection, Catalan, Infallible, Darkwind.
Fire: 1000 health, 40% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 60% damage. Spells: Wyldfire, Link, Power Link, Krampus, Tower Shield, Weakness, Brimstone Revenant, Infallible, Infection.
Ice: 1200 health, 60% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 40% damage. Spells: Balefrost, Iceblade, Weakness, Tower Shield, Volcanic Shield, Infection, Snow Drift, Cooldown, Freeze, Winter Moon, Frostbite, Snow Shark, Arcticzilla.
Balance: 1200 health, 50% resist, starts with 3 power pips, 50% damage. Spells: Balanceblade, Bladestorm, Hex, Availing Hands, Weakness, Black Mantle, Infallible, Supernova, Scorpion, Infection, Tower Shield, Savage Paw.

The minions would use spells on its owner (Except for the attacks and star spells) and won't really be overpowered due to armor pierce cutting down their resist and because they can't damage enchant. Anybody think these are good ideas to balance out the game?
