One thing is there should be a Balance Prism because in dragonspyre because most balance enemies give you a boost for death.There should be a accual Balance Blade (Yes,I know there is one called balance blade) but this Balance Blade gives you a 25%+ Attack only for balance.Also a over time spell like this Name:Time Shaman Attack:Do either 340,410,or 500 damage overtime,If 500 damage add a 10%- Infection as a 30% Pips:5 The damage overtime thing on a wizard/monster should have the school colors as the overtime object. People have already a tower shield. Balance can not be resisted at all (unless it is Any spell than hydra,chimera,blasts)lets say for example Hydra it does 190 of the elemental school damage so you can not block it with a balance shield because it is using fire,ice and storm damage

Yes, they do. And currently that is the only shield that blocks Balance damage, which is an advantage of Balance, and one of the reasons why Balance school does well in PvP. The reason why Balance has no prism is because it has no opposite. Balance overcomes that limitation by learning spells that do off-school damage, and later, Shadow Shrike.

Time Shaman does a chance of 340,410 or 500 damage over time like fire elf but with like the same chance as spectral blast to strike either 340 410 or 500 damage overtime and if it strikes 500 it has a 30% chance to also add a 10- infection
A balance prism would unbalance the balance school. Balance has attacks like Hydra and Chimera for dealing with balance enemies, aswell as more buffs than any other school. A balance prism would just make playing as a balance wizard too easy.
