I'm not sure if dream is or is not in game, and i'm not sure about Weaver either.
The spell idea is another random like Wild Bolt. It is in the Life class and give a random amount of health, up to 5,000. Or it may damage for the health it SHOULD give. You could end up killing a teammate with it. Costs 7 pips. Has accuracy of 80%. ( A "miss" is a damage) It will display 100% accuracy. But it has an 80% chnce to heal, and the remaining 20% is the damage chance.
