Mount Speeds

Hello all! (Yes, all, not y'all)

I think it would be cool to be able to change the speeds our mounts go. For example, there would be to buttons, Slow, and Fast.

Fast would be how mounts normal go, 40%. Slow would go to a 20%. With mounts that originally only go 20%, their slow would be 10%. Hope you like it!
