mount customization

Who would not want a mount! But what would make it even better? Being able to customize the very mount! Stripes, animal prints, stars, the list is endless! My sister, Scarlet Darkblood, made this idea, but I am putting it up as an idea. Is it a grat idea or what? :D

If you have to pay for the texture for each mount like

Red Dragon, Blue Dragon.
Like if you have to pay for strips for each of them

Then no

If its works for the same kind of mount like above ones

then Yes
