straight off I can see how Bernie could give Pyromancers Widfire Treant which is a card spell from an amulet.
Blossom should definitely give Life Wizards an attack spell. The Myth tree could provide Legendary Treant. These are the only "tree" spells I've seen in the game but I'm sure everyone could think of more.

I am thinking each tree should be 6 pips each(since Bartleby was the central tree). What about this:

Torrence:
One Wild bolt to each opponent on the battle friend and a 15-20% armor pierce trap on each.

Kelvin:
One 650 value ice armor on each friend in the team and a tun to each opponent

Bernie:
One evil magma man to each opponent as well as a smoke screen.

Mortis:
Steal about 650 health as well as put a feint on each opponent.

Ivan:
An attack that does 325 damage first hit then 325 second hit as well as destroy all shields on opponents team.

Blossom:
650 damage to all opponents and gives a sprite swarm to all friends.

Niles:
Supernovas each aura on the field and gives a balance blade to all friends.
