First I would love to say congratulations on the new team up option. Great idea and makes things so much more fun. I noticed the implementation of Pagoda being able to be purchased online. Living in canada this really helps but what I would really want to see made available through online purchase is Winterbane.

Gift cards have a life cycle that has been explained in other threads. They sell from retailers for a time. Once they are removed from stores, they become available online. After that they get retired from sale. Pagoda has been around much longer than Winterbane. Eventually Winterbane will make it's way to online sales.

i live in canada too, and i hate having to wait 6-12 months to get all the cool stuff that my friends in the u.s. can get. but, as seethe42 said (and prof. greyrose has stated numerous times), each bundle has a life cycle:
-available at u.s. retail stores only -available online to all -retired
prof. greyrose once gave me the contact info for the card distributors, and they confirmed to me that the cards will only ever be available in the u.s. until further notice. so i guess we just have to wait it out.
my favourite part of the bundle is that adorable polar bear. and, thanks to some nice person i met in tartarus who was willing to hatch with me, i have one now. he's so dopey and cute and i love him to bits. if you want to try for one, i will be happy to hatch with you.
