Make tag games public...

Okay when a house owner starts a tag game, they have the option to make the game public. However, if someone else starts it, it's always private. So I was thinking, there should be a way for the house owner to make it possible for house games to be public even when they don't start the game. Here are a couple of options.

First option:
When using the tag game (or any other house game really), if it's the owner, not only show an option to make it public, but also have an option to set it as the default, ie, whatever the owner chooses (public or not), they can select an option to make it the default, so in the future when the game is being started, the public (or not) from last time will be automatically chosen. So if it's the owner and they chose to have it public by default, then the 'public' option would automatically be toggled (they could deselect it and choose to make that the default if they want). If it's not the house owner, when they start a game, it would be public if that was the saved 'default' setting.

Second option:
This one should be easier. If a house has been put into the castle tours, then if someone starts a game at that house, it should be public. After all, the house owner already offered the house to be visited by people, if a game is started then why shouldn't it default to being public so that others can join too?
