General is a step below legendary in my opinion, and Galactic doesn't really make sense as a title.

cool idea! i really like it to make lvl cap raised because a lot of legendaries argue about the lvl cap to be raised :? :? :? its getting annoying seeing lots f legendaries argueing :? :?

70~79: Epic
80~89: All-Powerful. Yep, All-Powerful should be the level 80!

There should be no "Epic" title anywhere near Lvl. 60. To me, that's a title that should be reserved for Lvl. 100 or higher.
