Level 63/67 Spells

Level 63 spells are NOT quest, level 67 are.

Balance:
63: Super Weakness: -35% attack to all enemies. 2 pips.
67: Balance Lord: 890 damage and -25% to next attack. 9 pips.

Fire:
63: OverTime: +20% attack (blade) only to overtime spells. 0 pips.
67: Hephaestus: 1230 damage. 9 pips

Ice:
63: Crazy Ice: 200 attack and +25% to next ice attack to all enemies. 4 pips.
67: Ice King: 880 attack. 9 pips.

Storm:
63: Storm Sphere: Change Storm to Myth- BLADE. 0/1pip?
67: Neptune: 1380 damage. 9 pips.

Life:
63: Superb: +20% heal to all friends. 1 pip.
67: Siren: 910 damage.

Myth:
63: Myth Sphere: Change Myth to Storm- BLADE. 0/1pip?
67: Chimera: 620 damage to all enemies. 9 pips.

Death:
63: (?) Blade: +30% attack to next Steal Health spell. 0 pips.
67: Night Stalker: 900 damage/half heal. (Same thing as Malistaire's minions)
69 (No quest): Death Circle: -50% to all heal spells and +30% to all death Attacks. 4/5/6 pips.

Please tell me your opinions, what you like/don't like, what you would change, and how many pips you choose for the ones with a / on it.

Weakenss is fine, Lord is doing too much damage!

I think something like windstorm would be good, where it puts a trap on all enemies! instead of a blade! Hephaestus does too much damage!

Ice gets and attack at 63? while others get boosts? Change 63, but Ice King is great, any side effects?

The convert blade is an interesting Idea, it changes the attack against all to myth! This could be done for all schools though for a level 63! Great Idea! Neptune does too much damage!

Life already has a spell like superb, but even better! Siren might be too much damage, but barely... Life really needs a DOT attack!

Like I said, I like the blade convert Idea, I think all schools should get this! Chimera should be a little bit stronger!

Interesting, an attack blade for only steal health spells! I like the idea!
Night Stalker, too powerful, damage needs to be reduced a little! around 800 or so! and 69? Why would death get another spell when no other school gets one? Nope, can't be biased, last one has to go!

I hardly use Weakness now; I don't think I'd want a "super" version of it especially not for 2 pips, even if it affects all enemies.

I personally don't like ambiguous names because they seem like cop-outs to me. The attack is too strong and I hated the mass weakness effect the first time.

I'm torn on this one. The effect is cool, but I don't know if it's useful.

Usually Myth's medium is Greek monsters. I'm not big on having a god be the focus of an attack, but whatever. The real problem is that this spell is too strong.

I'm sorry, but the name is ridiculous. Crazy Ice? Really? Also, why does Ice get two attacks?

Again with these ambiguous names. Also, it's too strong for Ice.

That's an unfair advantage to me. If Storm gets a "sphere" the other schools should as well.

Neptune is essentially Storm Lord, and again this attack is a bit too strong, even for Storm.

This already exists in the game: it's called Brilliant Light.

Siren?! Sirens are ferocious sea creatures. Anyway, you know what I'm gonna say: too strong.

Again, not fair. All schools or no schools.

I like this idea. Nice and simple.

Again, not sure if it's useful, but good idea.

Nice idea, and I like that it has an ambiguous name, but I still have an image in my head of what it would look like.

Uh...why does Death get three spells? This spell completely confuses me. Is it a global spell like Balefrost or Power Play? If so, why is there a global spell here (I know Doom an Gloom is useless, but a lot of the global spells are at higher levels)?

Final Thoughts: Some ideas are good, but some need a lot of work.

RosemaryH, the damages are fine, though i do agree myth is too weak.
