The idea is for some special dungeon (morganthe, hades ...), you have 100% to gain 1 (may be extra one with 20%) exchange ticket. In front of that dungeon, we have exchange ticket NPC. NPC will allow us to exchange all possible stuff that drop in that dungeon for a number of exchange ticket.
This will help people to exchange what they want if they farm that dungeon for so many times
