How do I get to Marleybone?

I got to level 28 and my teacher said she needed me to do some homework. So I went to Moolinda Wu and read her quest. It said to talk to someone in Marleybone. So I went to the spiral and saw I don't have access to Marleybone.How do I get to Marleybone

You have almost completed all your required quests in Krokotopia.

Keep working on the quest "Tomb of Storms" from Sergeant Major Talbot in The Oasis and you will continue on the main quest line.

Once you have completed all your required tasks in Krokotopia, you will be given the Spiral key to Marleybone.
