Listen, I enjoyed dueling against Master Tonkatsu in the Hollow Mountain in Kembaalung, however, after some thinking, I've found out that he doesn't have a Second Chance Chest for after defeating him.
The survey is presented & filled out before considering to give Tonkatsu his Second Chance Chest.
1) Is the boss in question at the end of a long instance? It took quite some time to reach Master Tonkatsu in that instance, so, yes, he is at the end of that long instance! Check!
2) Does the boss in question have unique loot? I've read that Master Tonkatsu drops his own items named after him, such as Tonkatsu's Ring of Havoc, & Tonkatsu's Plate of Discord, & they do count as his own unique loot drops, so, yes, he does have unique loot! Check!
That's the SCC survey for Tonkatsu to have his SCC! Hope you can give Tonkatsu his Second Chance Chest sometime soon, if you please.
