I would love to see our characters starting to develop a feel for how things usually turn out when we enter a world and help out the inhabitants.

Something like, after beating up a Bull Bully, taking their shoes, every piece of paper they carry, and make them tell us everything up to how the Bully spat into the bushes just two minutes before we descended on them. When we then return the quest, the quest giver starts giving us another quest to collect some information, boots or whatever, only to stop when said wizard immediately procures the map/boots/spit.

Of course, a hilarious moment would come when the quest giver would then ask for something that we had not thought to take with us, like, say, a toenail.

An alternative could be to have our wizard ask if they can't grab anything else from the Bull Bullies while they're at it, so that they don't have to run back and do it over again.

More or less, just some kind of in-game fun poke at how we often return to the same monsters a few times in a row to collect different things (not counting sidequests, of course).
