or if they have never been reported for doing something bad. so, if they were falsely reported, it would not count! the rewards for higher levels need to be decreased a lot, but this is a great idea that would help stop the swearing around the servers problem and make people be happy about their new free stuff!
I agree with your idea, but people randomly false report people so i think if you become a member or are one already no matter how many times you got reported, you should be able to pick something. Probably a new gear set.

Exactly! So you should do it and put this on the wizard101 thing where you log onto wizard101 to play and no one would ever Use swear words ever again on wizard101!
