So ever run into a choice of gear to wear because of its stats? Well we should be able to combine gear at Eloise so tht we get the stats of both gear!
ei. Robe #1: 6% power pip 5% global accuracy 7% global resist 8% global damage 80 critical 40 block 5% incoming health 5% armor peirce
Robe #2: 4% power pip 8% global accuracy 10% global resist 9% global damage 50 critical 60 block 5% incoming health 7% armor peirce
Result Robe: 10% power pip 13% global accuracy 17% global resist 17% global damage 130 critical 100 block 10% incoming health 12% armor peirce
(Critical and/or Block stats may not apply seeing they are the most powerfull stats in the game currently)
(EDIT 12-27-2011) The gear must be different from each other, and same level. They must meet requirements for your school, and once gear is morphed, it CANNOT be morphed again. Also: Wands, rings, athames, and decks would not be part of this. Only hats, robes, and boots. But the thing is, block might not be able to morph, and you have to choose which gear to get the critical and block from. Pvp, on the other hand, pvp isnt really balanced. In a matter of fact, it is the worst pvp system known to man. Maybe make the gear NO PVP so that you only get stats from one of the peices morphed?

*Also, i changed the top to blue for Bookshelvings so that it isnt too blinding

Sorry, no. This idea would be overpowering. Imagine getting two of each Waterworks gear and stitching to double the stats. Too overpowered. This would most likely destroy PvP.

This would be massively exploited and abused, sadly, though it's a good idea (and please try to avoid glaring colours like that cyan, will ya? It's a pain to read).

Most gear seems to have been balanced to each class, and being able to combine the stats of several pieces of gear would simply break the game and make it far too easy. What's to prevent me from combining two Waterworks robes? Or 6 Waterworks robes, for that matter? Or maybe combining two rings to create a +50% incoming heal ring? Or perhaps two athames to create a +38% power pip athame?

It would work on lower levels, as the gear there is abundant and generally low-powered. But for any gear above level 25, well... Suffice to say that Wizard would lose a LOT of players because it would make an already easy-ish game a right cakewalk (a lot of players already impose specific challenges on themselves to make the game harder, like running through it without any armour or without using any spells above 4 pips).

nice idea but it wont work. reason being so many people would complain to KI. people would never be satisfied with it. next they would want to stitch hats robes and boots into one thing.

this would give people with tons of crowns to high of an advantage. for example:
hawkrider claymore+otherhawkriderclaymore= invincible weapon. sorry :( great thinking, though.
