Free wyvern's hoard pack

When i was logging on to the wizard101 game i saw the news about the game developers audience choice award and that if you voted for wizard101 you would get a free wyvern's hoard pack. So I went to the website did all the voting stuff and now were is my free wyvern's hoard pack. Did Wizard101 lie. :x :x :-( :-( :? :? :-) :-) :-) :-) :-D :-D
