I was thinking the sisters can look like taller versions of the wooden puppet, with long gowns and hair instead of a hat. Gowns would indicate the type of marionette red being offense, green being support, blue being defense.
Fortress isn't a good name, and not very descriptive. Otherwise, it's cool!
Well, forts and the like are usually seen as tough defensive camps during battle. It is defined as a heavily protected building. Or so that's the idea. And if you need more description on the spell:
Think of it like frozen armor, but it is a cast on everyone in your party. It isn't select one player and cast. It's a total protect all spell. Hmm, maybe 160 is too much, it could kill the fun when playing against any enemy. A 14 pip fortress pretty much grants invincibility against enemies without pierce/quake(2240 absorbed damage!). 140 would be better.

Using established values (legion shield vs. tower shield), it would only be 60% of the original and since you also have to account for a pip increase, it would need to be based off of ice armor (rather than frozen armor) making it 75 per pip to all allies. At most (if it were based off of frozen armor instead) then it should be 105 per pip. It is still a very interesting idea though.
