Flying Air Balloon Car.

Has anyone noticed that flying air ballon car in the pet pavillion?
I wonder if its used on a quest or is gonna be in a quest sooner or later.
Or is their a dark mystery behind it

Yes, we know that. And your post right there was insanely hard on my eyes. Please learn when to put capitol letters and when not to.

On your question, I think the balloon is just there for decoration.
