Double edged sword

This is a crowns only item, probably sold only in the crown store

A lot of people carry wands that aren't their school, so they can use them to remove weakness without breaking their blades and traps. However, for those times when the enemy is the same school as the wand, it would be nice to be able to change it's attack into something else instead of have to change wands.

Reason being, most people don't want to have to give up the stats on the wand just to use an attack the enemy isn't resistant to.

The double edged sword would address this issue:

Comes with stats and attacks based (as a lot of equipment is these days) on the purchaser's level and school. Should give a power pip chance, stat boosts and so on. Something that'll make it worth a high price of crowns.

Also comes with 10 ??? (yes question marks) attacks.

each round that the wand attack loads, the game rolls a check and either loads an attack of the same school as the user or an attack of the opposite school.

This means that in any given battle, there is a chance that all the wand attacks will be the caster's school, but it also means that there's a chance that they will all be the opposite of the caster's school. However the most likely is that in every battle, some will come up one way and some the other.

I like this idea, although I feel it would defeat the purpose if the outcome of what wand spell it gives is randomized when joining a battle. What I was thinking is that when you purchase it, it provides wand spells for your school of focus by default, and then maybe there could be a small "Flip!" option (says flip because it's a double edged sword, so you use different sides for different wand spells obviously) and when you flip it, the wand spell is randomized to any school outside your school of focus.
