Once again I have another idea. This idea is simple. You can disenchant any jewel that is not on an item, but it costs gold to do so. Crown gear is a rare chance to drop. But reagents are not. That's basic;lty it you can disenchant jewels for reagents and gear, in fact its so rare to get crowns out of it.

That is all.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you propose...
Are you saying you can disenchant a jewel, get a reward for doing this and the now unenchanted jewel remains in your inventory? If that's the basic idea then I really don't see the benefit of doing this. The jewels (gems) that would remain - opals, rubies etc. - would be of little value except as reagents that are typically available for a few gold each from almost any crafting vendor. As it is now, if you have a jewel that you don't want to use in a socket you can feed it to a pet and there's a chance you'll get the same rewards - gold and reagents - as well as a chance to gain a few training points for your pet.
