Critical decay

So while I was on my storm and questing at the speed of light, I really started to notice critical decay. I personally do not think that critical decay is a bad thing but perhaps it could be reconfigured. My problem with it is that the higher you get, there is no better gear to replace Darkmoor. So a level 100 can easily have better stats than a 120. My suggestion is to have critical decay for when you can get better gear. So what I mean is that the moment you get level sixty, critical goes down a bit to balance out the waterworks gear change. Then again a bit less at ninety to balance out Hades gear a bit. Obviously have a bit at 100 to balance out the malistaire gear and so on. Tell me what you think
