Hello! Today I have an idea for criticals. A lot of people spend a lot of time getting gear that will give them critical; BUT most bosses have 100% critical block. Now I don't deny they should have high critical block (they are boss monsters) but I don't think it should be at 100%. Critical Block bosses should start in late Mooshu or early Dragonspyre, with 20% critical block. It would steadily rise. By the end of Celestia, they would have up to 80% critical block. But it would never be at 100% critical block unless the boss cheats or something similar to that. William Crowthistle Legendary Pyromancer 8)
