hey you know when you make your wizard and then you start playing and then sorta get bored of your look.for example i am level twenty and i am dying to change my look like really!so what if there are no shops but not any kind of shop theres beuty parlors then you can go ther change your face your hair dye your hair even make new colors for hairs and put it in for shop! it will be so cool! if ya wanna know my wizard name is vannessa rubyblade.

*sigh* This has been posted to death. Yes it would be nice. But I've been playing for over 2 years and it hasn't happened yet. (although there might be hope...one of the Feedback Friday postings asked about hair)
to ad to my previous comment, hair is nice to add, but it's not that important. Raven is completely correct. There is a slim chance, and that is disappointing. Maybe this will come out with the craftable mount.
