I believe it's time for maybe something that should have been done a long time ago.

- The collection window keeps track of all loot that is purchased in the crown shop, dropped, gifted, or that the player already has. The character can bring loot to the collector and register an item that has dropped. That item can be then purchased from the collector by another char. Or the person can pay a perma stock feature. This means that you can have as many copies as ya want of something. (Mounts, pets, spells, gear, weapons, etc)

When a person crafts an spell or it is dropped, he can go and remove it from deck to the collector. And then choose store, or transfer.

This allows players to always have copies of what they want on all chars. Without cuttting the amount of crown sales king isle can generate. Since a person can go back any time to select the permanent stock option, or buy out that item from his collection at any time.

Cost of buying 1 time from collection is still same cost of what that pock would have costed. It's just upyoy insure that you get it.

Perma stock buying costs X4 of its original cost. That allows you to insure the item is paid for well.

I forgot to mention that there is an incentive to filling the collection. The more the collection is full the more stats it provides. This allows min- maxers like me to further push out stats. It is also a useful utility. As such it provides a large reason for people to spend money on packs. This will help king isle make more money.

What kind of buffs? This buffs work across all chars.

Pets category:
10% completion: +4% to snack xp, 50% completion: + 10% to snack xp (stacks with 1). 100% completion: + 60 pet energy

Gear category:
10%: + 5 % power pip chance, 50%: + 10% resist, 100%: +15% critical to all classes

Weapons category:
10%: +5% pierce, 50%: +50% outgoing heal, 100%: plus 20% shadow pip chance

Mounts category:
10%: +25% mount speed, 50%: + 100 house item space, 100%: + 40% plant to elder shortened

Gems category:
10%: unlock a free slot on pets, 50%: gear gem effect increased by 25%, 100%: gems may be saved on extracting

When all categories are unlocked at 100% a mega boost is unlocked. +100% drop rate on all items, + 75% pet reduction to pet xp to level up, +4000 health if ice-+1500 if storm.
