The Wizard City Library should have an area where people can go to trade treasure cards. Using the Bazaar is not enough if you're looking for rare cards like elucidate, special minions like Meowiarty, triage, Eye of Bartleby pack cards, etc.
In this area, strangers can initiate trades with each other without adding friends (because it's a trade area, why else go there?).
Trade interactions in this area should be limited to 30 seconds, same length as a round in a duel. This discourages misbehavior and fake trades.
This doesn't need to be a big area, but we need one of these.
