OK. To buy a training point, you must be level 35 and up. It should be bought from Zeke, Ambrose, Harold Argolsten, or Gamma. For crowns, it'll probably be 30,000 crowns each. For gold, 100,000 or 150,000.
Raffles come once a week. The winner of the raffle gets 10-195,955 gold OR 1-19,595 crowns. It's a random choice.
