Build a house

Maybe there could be a housing item that is a crafting item and it would be called build a house. You could pay either 10000 crowns or 20000 gold and you could desing your own house up to the size of the other houses in the crown shop

i have a better idea... "the custom house creation kit" is what i call it
in the crowns shop, you can buy houses, right? so why not make it so you can buy the tools to make your own? you can choose floor material, stuff like that. maybe even make it underwater, and have a trench with monsters at the bottom!
