Hi all. One thing I find lack luster is the idea of secondary schools for my wizards. Basically, there is no such thing other than when it is mentioned at the beginning of the game. It is spoken of like it is a meaningful choice, except it isn't.
Since you can learn any spell from any school with your training points and they are treated the same in all cases, there really isn't a real secondary school to your characters.
My suggestion is that it be made into an actual choice by giving it a quest. And then once you have selected your secondary school there should be some benefit.
For example, the rank 0 spells from your selected secondary school are free instead of costing training points. Gain access to treasure card recipes that match your secondary school.
Or, the use of your secondary school's exclusive equipment. Something to make it more tangible and meaningful.
