a new spell that can increase the entire battle's spell animation casting and stuff, this spell would be a bubble, since it affects everyone in the battle, including foes. when the bubble is active, when it is the player's or foe's turn to cast, it will do that effect thing like how the critical bubbles do, and say a little pop up above their name that shows that the animation will be sped up, it increases animation speed by 100%. the spell be called "hyper jump" and cost like 2 pips to cast.

What about the people who you know LIKE the animations in this game? why deprive them of what they like just so you can go to the next battle quicker.

possibly, but what if you are doing those big dungeons that take about an hour or longer? if it takes an hour, then if you were to use that spell, as long as it is not changed during each battle and it does not affect cheats, then i would assume the time would be reduced to about 45 minutes or so, possibly shorter since most are just battles. there is no "button" that can control it because it affects everything in battle. you would probably assume too that if you are doing a dungeon just for gear or something else and the battle takes a while, you would like to get the drops as soon as you can. maybe it can even give everyone a 10% damage boost just so it wouldn't affect just speed but also gives a universal buff.
