You can buy an elixir to increase the max number of items able to be placed in your house with crowns.

I agree, I only have about 10 more space for furniture and I am very upset about that. But, if you have 3,500 crowns you can get an elixir to increase the space in your house. ( But i'm pretty sure most of you do not have 3,500 crowns and you wish you did, like me :P.)
