That is waaaaaay overpowered for balance, and overpoiwered for the amount of pips used. Judge with seven POWER PIPS is less than that. Why would it heal as well as hit??? If anything, that's a Life thing. KI will never consider this. Take is from a sorcerer-- Balance will not go for this.

To keep with the theme of how ridiculous this spell is, i have an idea for the animation- a tiny 8 legged reptile (about the size of those insufferable pixies in grizzleheim) runs over and bites the enemy on the foot, then turns its head and winks at the caster for the heal.
