This is just a small idea I had for a cheating boss, which could be at the end of a new world or an optional dungeon.
Unlike the current main end bosses of Wizard101(Darkmoor Malistaire, Morganthe, and Rasputin the Rat), she is not a large shadow-based creature, but rather an angelic, chibi-like character of the sun school. She would have 12,000 hp and 35% universal resist, which is much lower than the other 3, but is a glass cannon of sorts and her cheats are a call-back to Orrick Nightglider, who is a glass cannon among 1st arc bosses.
The boss has mastery over all magic, has a damage bonus of +85% with pierce of 30% for her non-cheat spells, and starts with 4 power pips. The following normal spells can be accessed: Physical Attack(4 pips for 1554 sun damage to one target), Glowbug Squall(2581 damage to all targets, remove all positive charms), Triton(1980 damage to one target), Wild Bolt(285, 375, or 1275), Balance blade(+30% normal or +40% sharpened), Doom and Gloom(-75% TC version), Tower Shield, Elemental Blade(+35% normal or 45% sharpened), a mass version of Hex, Cleanse Charm, Shatter, Shadow Shrike, and an enhanced version of Satyr that heals for 1237 base.
Cheats: On the 1st round, she interrupt casts Virulent Infection, and says "Did you expect another tank? Time for a change of pace!" Every 3 rounds, she interrupt casts a sun version of Woolly Mammoth that does 3000 damage to a random wizard and stuns them for 1 round. Every 4 rounds, she interrupt casts a sun version of Snow Angel that does 1800 damage to all enemies without a damage over time and pierces 25% resist. Upon either attack activating, she says "Fear the power of the sun!" If she is below 8000 hp, a -60% tower shield appears on her and is replaced upon consumption or steal. If she is below 4000 hp, she interrupt casts an aura that gives +30% universal damage and accuracy that lasts 99 turns. The aura is replaced if supernova is used on the boss. Upon activating, she says "Mordekai taught me how to turn the tide."(This is a reference to the buccaneer epic in Pirate101) This boss is always alone, no matter how many wizards enter the battle. It can only critical on heal as well (Chance is 15%). ----- So let me know what you think, I think this would be an interesting fight due to the glass cannon concept for a boss. I doubt it is that good though in this form, would need lots of tweaking if it were actually taken into consideration. I also had another idea on improving boss AI, in which a player-controlled boss would be pitted against some average wizards, in which data is recorded on how both sides combat, and this data is collected to see how bosses could be made harder without adding more hp, damage, or cheats.
About the shield, it should be around 3550-3000 area. It's a little hard with the 35% resist to every school. And I know this is for higher lvl wizards, but the damage boosts should be more along the 65-79-ish area Those are my ideas at least.
