The different hairstyles in the crowns shop are cool and all, but they prevent us from wearing hats. What if we had the ability to change our original hairstyles? A lot of players (like myself) dislike the hair they chose when they made their wizard. This could cost crowns to do, similar to resetting training points. I think that this would be a nice little addition to the game

It's been posted many, many times before. KI's answer to this was the addition of the crowns hair styles, which is not what we asked for. At all.
