Pagoda And Winterbane Why Are They No Trade?

Why are WinterBane And Pagoda on trade? I dont think there is any reason for it, It makes it way to hard to get in it on your own account you would need to get a friend to add you on your character with Pagoda or Winterbane on it, instead of trading it between characters, only having it for one character makes no sense! you would play on other characters and not have the winterbane and pagoda on it so you cant plonk it down and do it on your other character, please make it tradable between characters and please give a reason why it is no trade!

Same reason the houses are no trade... so KI can make more money.
that's the simple truth.

Have a friend port to your house, switch wizards, then port to your friend on your other wizard. That's really the only work around that I know of.
