Wierd Encounter.

So I was just next to the arena in Unicorn Way on Area 01 of Balestrom and I have just Encountered a player with a blue hoverboard with the logo of Wizard101 on the base. I have tried searching on Google for this item but there are no records of it.

Is someone able to help me acknowledge what this is?
