Why is Zaltanna so hard? :(

I tried to defeat her around 20 times a few months ago. I eventually got so angry I quit my membership. Now I got it back, tried again, and got shot down. :( It's hard for an ice wizard. I might not get it at all.

Craft block boots then, I found the boss easy on all 5 of my wizards mainly because they had the ability to block
