Who do I talk to to get wyld lighting?

I was supposed to get it, and someone told me who to talk to, but I forgot. I went all over WC, but there's nothing. :?

If you mean Wild Bolt, you get that when you finish Marleybone and go see Professor Ambrose.

If you mean Insane Bolt, go see Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town when you reach level 55. You'll also want to see Mr. Goldpaws for a level 35 spell.

There is no such spell as wyld lightning if you mean insane bolt talk to baldur goldpaws. in olde town if you are at least level 55 have completed the quest su-su-sudrilund in wintertusk and have completed the quest to get your supercharge spell.

There's no "WyldLightning"!

Wild Bolt, though, you get from Halston Balestrom, I believe.
