Where to find lvl 30 crown items

Where do I find lvl 30 crown items in shops. I checked Mooshu and everything is lvl 35.

Crowns items that have a level requirement only appear in levels ending in 5:

Wizard City: 5
Krokotopia: 15
Marleybone: 25
Mooshu: 35
Dragonspyre: 45
